Centre for Urban Built Environment NZ
Time, Money and Technology. These are the fundamental resources that together with the people involved make up the modern industrial organisation. In order to be competitive on the world stage, engineering managers need to be able to optimise both the use of these resources, and human performance. Good design solutions are just the start, realising the full potential of these visions in built form also requires excellent resource management.
Centre for Urban Built Environment NZ (CUBE NZ) is a newly formed centre developed to coordinate research activities related to advances in engineering and construction management. It brings together professionals with a wide range of academic competencies, industry research and experience, to tackle complex real-world issues that can serve as barriers to high performance and meaningful advances in our built environment.
